How can I contact ITSS ?Unlike other Service Provider , We can be easily contact here. I am trying to check my email , but what is POP3 and SMTP ?SMTP is your out going email server for sending email , the server name should be like smtp.(YourISP).com . However we always put our customer's convinence at the first place, so that we provide smtp.itss-int.com . POP3 server is your in coming email server which is pop3.itss-int.com . I have checked my password but my email program say incorrect password ? Why ?Our system recognize username in this format "ITSS0000.E1@itss-int.com" for all email program. Why the trash is empty everytime I quit web mail ?As space are limited for every user. We will empty the trash everytime when user quit web mail. The web mail is just decided for your convinence when you go oversea and should not use it as a permanent storage for your e-mail. Not many web hosting provider provide web mail server but ITSS does because we always put our customer's convinence at the first place. How can I add an alias to my current e-mail account ?This task needs to be done by your site administrator which has a extension ".S1" at your domain name (i.e. ITSS0000.S1). Once the domain administrator login into our system. He can select your e-mail account and add / delete any alias for you. How can I chanage the default domain e-mail account ?The domain e-mail account used to collect any e-mail which mail to your domain i.e. abc@xyx.com. To change the default domain e-mail account. It needs the site administrator's login (i.e. ITSS0000.S1) and then select the default domain e-mail account from the list. What is my default e-mail size ?The default e-mail box size is 50GB. You will not able to receive any message if your mail box is full. How many alias I can create for each e-mail address ?There is no limit on the number of alias you can create from your e-mail account as long as they don't repeat. (i.e. ITSS0000.E1 has the alias support, you can't use the alias support for ITSS0000.E2). However we would recommand user do not create more than 5 alias per mail box. I cannot send email, your server refused, why ?Due to spam protection our server will only accept email from a secure source, you are required to check your email before you can send (POP before SMTP). How can I upload my web page ?To upload your page to your web site. You need to know 1. Your username, 2. your FTP password and 3. our FTP path (ftp.itss-int.com). You need to upload from a FTP program or from IE. To upload your file, firstly you put type your FTP path, username & password onto the program first. How do you calculate disk quota ?Disk quota is automatically managed by system, when you upload a file the system will monitor your disk usage, the system will accept all your file until you reach your quota.
